Mr. Elmer Hernas, whose nationality is Canada, worked as the chef or executive chef for western cuisine in five-star hotels in America, Germany, Canada and etc... In Year 1992, Mr. Hernas came to Beijing, China and was appointed as the executive chef for several years by Kempinski Hotel, JianGuo Hotel Beijing and Landmark Towers. What’s more, Mr. Hernas won the golden prizes for many times in the cuisine competition at both home and abroad. In Year 2007, we appointed Mr. Hernas as the executive chef in charge of the delicious food in Revolving Restaurant, Panorama Grill Room and coffee shop and to impart his own cooking experience and skills. On the whole, Mr. Elmer Hernas was devoted himself to the various and traditional western food of different flavors from all over the world via his strict management.
